Fees & Subsidies

Products are subsidised directly by the Australian Government through the NDSS. Co-payments are strictly determined by national NDSS schedule pricing, with significant discounts for valid concession card holders.

Clinical Limitations & Safety Information

NDSS subsidies are restricted to registered individuals for their personal clinical management within national order quota guidelines. Registration forms require sign-off by an authorised medical practitioner or credentialled diabetes educator.

Service FAQs

You must be diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor or credentialled diabetes educator. Your doctor completes an NDSS registration form which can be lodged directly online. Once processed, you can collect subsidised supplies from our pharmacy immediately.
