Vaccinations & Immunisations

Administered by experienced, Ahpra-registered pharmacist immunisers in a private consultation room. We help protect you and your family against seasonal influenza, COVID-19, whooping cough, and shingles.

What the service involves

1A brief health assessment and screening questionnaire to confirm eligibility and contraindications.
2Clear explanation of the vaccine, expected mild side effects, and aftercare recommendations.
3Gentle administration of your immunisation in our sanitized, private consultation room.
4A comfortable 15-minute observation period in store with pharmacy staff on hand.
5Instant submission of your vaccination record to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), accessible via your Medicare or myGov account.

Who it may be suitable for

Adults aged 18 and older seeking annual seasonal influenza protection.
Pregnant women, new parents, grandparents, and household contacts needing whooping cough (dTpa) protection.
Eligible community members requiring updated COVID-19 booster doses.
Seniors aged 65+ eligible for government-subsidised high-dose or adjuvanted influenza vaccines.

How to prepare for your visit

Bring your Medicare card and photo ID if you hold one.
Wear short sleeves or loose clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm.
Ensure you are feeling generally well on the day (reschedule if you have an acute fever or respiratory symptoms).
Allow 20–25 minutes in total, including the required 15-minute post-vaccination observation.

Fees & Subsidies

National Immunisation Program (NIP) eligible individuals (e.g. adults aged 65+, pregnant individuals, and certain high-risk groups) receive vaccines free of government charge; an administration fee may apply or be bulk-billed. Private influenza and travel vaccines are available at competitive local rates.

Clinical Limitations & Safety Information

Vaccines are administered subject to pharmacist clinical assessment and current Victorian Department of Health guidelines. In accordance with clinical guidelines, individuals with severe previous allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to vaccine components should consult their general practitioner.
